Give-It-A-Try (GIAT) is a programme  where girls aged 8 – 14 years old can learn how to play rugby in a fun environment.
Carrigaline Rugby Football Club will be running this programme which consists of coach led fun rugby sessions which will teach the girls the basics of rugby. It aims also to develop athletic and social skills for girls in a safe and nurturing environment.
Join us on Tuesdays evenings from 7 – 8 pm at the Carrigaline Utd AFC Astro Pitch in Ballea Park. 
Girls can join the programme on any Tuesday in June. 
 We’d love to see the girls join in and to give rugby a try!
